When can I Track My Order?

After you have placed your order you will receive a tracking number via email once your package has been shipped. Please allow 2-3 business days between placing your order and using the tracking feature. If you do not have this information then please us so we can resend your tracking number. If you still need help then please contact us at 1-866-354-8354 to obtain your tracking number.

What Types of Payment Methods Do You Accept?

THADDEA currently accepts PayPal, American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Credits cards must be issued within the U.S. and contain a U.S. billing address. Any card issued outside of the U.S. will not be accepted. We also accept mail orders. Mail orders can be paid with money orders or cashier checks, which all must originate from U.S. based financial institutions. No personal checks are accepted. All types of mail order payments will be verified before the order is shipped. Please do not send cash to pay for mail orders.

After an Order Has Been Placed, Can I Cancel or Change the Order?

You can cancel a placed order if it was placed Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9am - 8pm EDT and provided it is not already in the shipping process. To cancel your order, please contact us at 1-866-354-8354 or us within 30 minutes of your order placement. If you have received a shipping order confirmation number via email then your order will be shipped. When your order arrives you can return it for a refund or exchange (exchanges cannot be made for International orders). Follow the return instructions found in the package the product was shipped or you can print a for U.S. placed orders or print the for International placed orders.

Why Didn't I Receive an Email Confirmation After I Placed My Order?

When placing an order online please make sure to confirm your email address so you can receive confirmation on your order. I Placed a Domestic U.S. Order. Can Return/Exchange My Products?

THADDEA wants customers to experience and enjoy the quality of our products but more importantly we want you to be 100% satisfied. If you receive a defective product, wrong size or are just not happy with your purchase then please send it back and we will gladly refund or exchange the product. If a product you purchased is defective then please contact us immediately so we can get your information and identify your order.

In most cases, allows you to return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of the shipment date. If it's been more than 30 days, you can still return your purchase for a full refund as long as it hasn't been used. Products that are returned must be in resalable condition. Any product that contains a cut, tear, stain or any other form of damage is not an excepted return. Other restrictions may apply. THADDEA reserves the authority to restrict returns.

We suggest you ship your return package with a certified mail carrier, one that can track packages because we do not assume any liability for a misplaced or lost shipment. All returns must be prepaid if you are not a THADDEA member and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Do You Provide International Shipping?

Yes, THADDEA provides international shipping. The shipping charges placed on your order, cover the shipping cost of your order. Any additional payment fees or sales tax associated with delivered products outside the U.S. is the responsibility of the customer. All International shipments are shipped via 3 Day Select.

In order to avoid extra shipping charges, international orders that contain any out-of-stock products will not ship until all products are in stock.

I Placed an International Order. Can I Return/Exchange My THADDEA Products?

We apologize but at this time we do not process international exchanges. However, you can return your original item for a full refund and place a new order for any apparel or product item. What is the Difference Between Email Sign Up and Sign Up?

THADDEA gives you the option to Email Sign Up or Sign Up. When you Email Sign Up we only ask for your email account so we can provide you with information and other THADDEA promotions only to your email account. If you choose to Sign Up then you will need to provide your name, address information, date of birth and your email account. When you Sign Up you get the same benefits as when you Email Sign Up plus you will receive access to your personal account where you can check your order history, track the status of an order and make changes to your account information.
