Can I delete my account? | |

How do I create an account? | |
1) Click the "Sign In" link at the top right hand side at www.thaddea.com. 2) Enter your email address. 3) Select "I am a new customer". Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information. |

How do I edit my account information? | |
Click the "Sign In" link at the top right hand side at www.thaddea.com to edit your account information. | |
How much is my shipping? | |
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. | |
I forgot my password. | |
Click the "Sign In" link at the top right hand side at www.thaddea.com. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password. Note: when setting up a new password use letters, at least one punctuation mark and one number (ex. jim.2014). This will help to make your password even more secure. We are always trying to implement new and better security features so our customers will be safe. How do I return my product? | |
THADDEA wants customers to experience and enjoy the quality of our products but more importantly we want you to be 100% satisfied. If you receive a defective product, wrong size or are just not happy with your purchase then please send it back and we will gladly refund or exchange the product. If a product you purchased is defective then please contact us immediately so we can get your information and identify your order. In most cases, THADDEA.com allows you to return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of the shipment date. If it's been more than 30 days, you can still return your purchase for a full refund as long as it hasn't been used. Products that are returned must be in resalable condition. Any product that contains a cut, tear, stain or any other form of damage is not an excepted return. Other restrictions may apply. THADDEA reserves the authority to restrict returns. Note: Some products you receive may carry a specific return policy and therefore, the above stated conditions do not apply. Use the return policy information, which came with your product for details and instructions. Should you need to return or exchange an item, then you will need to fill out the Return/Exchange form that came with your order. If you cannot find the form then please print out the Return Form and complete the information on the form. Please return your package to the address on the form. If you still have your original package then you can use it to return your product. Return the product to: THADDEA Returns Department 120 Suburban Rd., Suite 102 Knoxville, TN 37923, USA We suggest you ship your return package with a certified mail carrier, one that can track packages because we do not assume any liability for a misplaced or lost shipment. When will my order ship? | |
Once you have placed your order, you may click the "Sign In" link at the top right hand side at www.thaddea.com to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. |
