When can I track my order? | |
After you have placed your order you will receive a tracking number via email once your package has been shipped. Please allow 1-2 business days after your order has shipped to track your order. If you do not have this information then please email us at [email protected] so we can resend your tracking number. If you still need help then please contact us at 1-866-354-8354 to obtain your tracking number. |

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? | |
You can change or cancel a placed order if it is not already in the shipping process. To change or cancel your order, Click the "Sign In" link at the top right hand side at www.thaddea.com to view orders and then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. You can also contact us at 1-866-354-8354 or email us within 30 minutes of your order placement. If you have received a shipped order confirmation number via email then your order will be shipped. When your order arrives you can return it for a refund or exchange (exchanges cannot be made for International orders). Follow the return instructions found in the package the product was shipped or you can print a Return Form for U.S. placed orders or print the International Return Form for International placed orders. |

If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact our customer service for assistance at 1-866-354-8354 or email us at [email protected]. | |
An item is missing from my shipment. | |

Why didn't I receive an email confirmation after I placed my order? | |
When placing an order online please make sure to confirm your email address so you can receive confirmation of your order. If you place your order at work using your workplace place email address then the reason you may not have received a confirmation is because many corporations use spam filters to reject incoming auto generated emails, which do not allow email messages to be delivered. If you used your personal email address to place your order then please check your junk mail folder. When will my backorder arrive? | |
